Returns Policy

If the goods are delivered in error through a mistake by Flags and Flagpoles we will collect the goods from you and replace them with the correct goods as soon as possible.

If the goods are delivered in error by a mistake on the customer’s part, then the goods can be returned to us for a refund. (see refund policy for details)

Goods must be returned to us within 14 days of the date the goods were received and must be pre arranged with a member of our sales team.

Any goods returned to us within 14days from receipt of delivery must be returned to us in their original packaging and received back in the original state there were sent to you.

Once the goods are received back at our warehouse they will be examined and any credit will be arranged after inspection of the goods. Goods not in their original packaging or condition received may not qualify for a credit.

For large items we can arrange collection of the goods and the cost of the collection will be charged for at the applicable rate.
